The Apple II Plus was the first new model to come out since the original Apple II. One major enhancement was its 64K RAM capability, courtesy of a 16K Language Card. A new version of BASIC was installed called Applesoft BASIC, which replaced the Integer BASIC designed by Steve Wozniak. The new version supports floating point and had HGR commands available.
